Please note we deliver to UK addresses only via the website shop. For customers in Europe and the Rest of the World, please contact me to discuss ordering and delivery options.
Many of my products include handmade elements, so preparation time can vary. I aim to send all orders within 3–5 working days. Orders are dispatched twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, though dispatch days may occasionally vary.
If you need your order by a specific date, please get in touch by email and will do my best to accommodate. Local collections are also welcome from Melrose.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail. If you need your order urgently or would prefer tracked delivery, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch)
UK: 7–10 working days
Europe: 10–21 working days (see customs note below)
Rest of World: 2–5 weeks
Customs & Taxes
EU Customers (order by email): Orders shipped to the EU may incur VAT and handling fees upon arrival. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Felicity Bristow Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

- Personalised or custom orders

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
