Awarded the SoB Maureen Duke Education Award 2025

Delighted to announce I have recently been awarded by the Society of Bookbinders this years Maureen Duke Education Award 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity to take 4 days of workshops with two exceptional makers, Tom McEwan and Roger Grech.

I applied for the award to support a focused period of professional development that will strengthen both my creative practice and my capacity to teach bookbinding to others. This will involve further one-to-one training with Tom McEwan to build on the fine binding foundation I have already established with him during my QEST training scholarship and working with Roger Grech to gain hands-on experience in edition binding and small-scale production.
